Governing Policies: is an RGB Investments, Inc. site. Your use of this site, or other affiliated RGB Investments, Inc. sites, demonstrates your acceptance of the following terms.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you in electronic format, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

LA Equipment Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Order Processing Time

  • You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with your payment verification.
  • Your order(s) will not be processed on weekends and nationally recognized holidays.
  • While every effort is made to ship orders promptly, LA Equipment Services does not guarantee same day shipping.
  • In stock orders will normally ship the same day your order is processed.
  • Non-stock, or out of stock items, will normally ship within 5 to 7 business days after your order is processed.
  • In the event your order requires multiple shipments, due to an out of stock condition on the part of LA Equipment Services, we will absorb any additional shipping costs incurred in filling your order.
  • Deliveries will normally not be made on Saturday. No deliveries will be made on Sunday.
  • For all orders with delivery outside the 48 contiguous States, please contact LA Equipment Services for specific shipping rates and delivery times.

Shipping Methods

  • UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Parcel Post, 2 to 7 business days in transit, plus 1 to 2 business days to process and fill your order.
  • Economy Air delivery options, 3 business days in transit, plus 1 to 2 business days to process and fill your order.
  • Overnight delivery may be requested on an individual order basis. Please contact LA Equipment Services with your specific needs. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Exact delivery times on orders to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be guaranteed.

Handling Fees

LA Equipment Services does not assess or list separate handling fees on your order. Any costs which may be incurred for special packaging, expedited processing & shipping, etc., are included in the shipping price.

Price Matching

LA Equipment Services does not price match competitors. We focus our time and resources on delivering the greatest possible value at the most cost effective prices possible. For your convenience, our most current pricing is listed on our web site and is updated in real-time.

Bundle Specials

Bundle Specials are offered to LA Equipment Services customers as a way to purchase multiple items, bundled together, at very competitive prices. Bundle offers are valid only while supplies of all items within the bundle last.

If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 30 days of the original invoice date. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Components within a Bundle Special may be returned for repair/replacement only. Individual items within a bundle may only be returned for repair/replacement if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is acquired within the standard return period.

Sales Tax

Under current Federal law, sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore all orders shipped within Californina will be charged applicable sales tax.

Product Inspection

LA Equipment Services, like other online retailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. LA Equipment Services does not normally conduct product inspections before shipping the merchandise you have ordered.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

Any merchandise purchased from LA Equipment Services, except as specifically excluded, may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund of the product. (See the terms of the LA Equipment Services Purchase Agreement for complete details.)

Order Problem Resolution

To ensure prompt resolution, you must inform LA Equipment Services of any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order. A timely notification will allow us to investigate and resolve the situation appropriately.

Order status

You agree to receive communications from us in electronic format.
LA Equipment Services will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


The security of your order is of utmost importance to us. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process your payment to ensure your information is handled with the most stringent level of security.


LA Equipment Services respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances disclose your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy for a complete description of how we protect your private information.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

As outlined in the Fair Credit Billing Act; We guarantee that every online credit card transaction you make on our site will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at LA Equipment Services. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own and from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

Change orders

You may request a change to your order, provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call 1-323-780-0737 during LA Equipment Services's normal hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your order number available when you call.

We strongly discourage sending change order requests via e-mail. Due to the large volume of e-mail we receive each day, we cannot guarantee that an e-mailed change request will be identified and processed before your order is processed.

Cancel orders

You may request that an order be cancelled, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-323--780-0737 during LA Equipment Services's normal hours of operation to request an order cancellation. In the event your order payment has already been processed but not shipped, we will initiate an immediate credit for your payment. Under normal circumstances, you will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit card in approximately 1-2 business days.

If your order has already been shipped then the Product Return Procedure will apply.

We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email. Due to the large volume of e-mail we receive each day, we cannot guarantee that an e-mailed cancellation request will be identified and processed before your order is processed and shipped.

Price, specifications, and terms of offers, are subject to change without notice.
LA Equipment Services strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained in or referenced on our website. Unfortunately, due to human error and other factors which may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete, or current. LA Equipment Services will not be held responsible for such inadvertent and unintentional errors. All products offered for purchase are subject to prior sale.

In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, LA Equipment Services shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from LA Equipment Services are provided as a resource to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinions. LA Equipment Services does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

LA Equipment Services Purchase Agreement

By acquiring and accepting delivery of any product delivered from RGB Investments, Inc. d.b.a. LA Equipment Services ("LA Equipment Services"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and LA Equipment Services agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and LA Equipment Services. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from LA Equipment Services.

Purchase Agreement:

LA Equipment Services offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction refund/replacement on all purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The repair/replacement of individual items must be pursued within the terms of the manufacturer’s Standard Warranty coverage.

• All returns must include original packaging material and be in original sellable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• LA Equipment Services will not refund to Customer the original shipping & handling charges, as identified on the original customer invoice. In the case of products processed with free shipping, the actual value of the shipping & handling charges will be deducted from the customer refund.

• To take advantage of LA Equipment Services's satisfaction guarantee, the customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. Any breach of LA Equipment Services's Product Return Procedure will result in the forfeiture of LA Equipment Services's refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

Product Return Procedure

• To return a product in compliance with LA Equipment Services's return ploicy, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days from date of purchase. Please call LA Equipment Services during normal business hours to acquire an RMA number. LA Equipment Services will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, within which time return products must be received by LA Equipment Services. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to LA Equipment Services. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, LA Equipment Services's Return Procedure will be breached and LA Equipment Services may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose necessary charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

• In the event the return is due to a manufacturer's defect, LA Equipment Services will cover the return shipping charges provided the item is returned (via our choice of carriers) in its original condition and packaging.


    LA Equipment Services is a retail distributor only. Products sold by LA Equipment Services are not manufactured by LA Equipment Services. The products may, however, be covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). LA Equipment Services assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty provided by the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer of the products. LA Equipment Services MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. LA Equipment Services DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.




    Payment Terms; Orders
    An order is not binding upon LA Equipment Services until it is accepted; LA Equipment Services must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with LA Equipment Services.

    Shipping Charges
    Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the LA Equipment Services invoice.

    Title; Risk of Loss
    LA Equipment Services will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. LA Equipment Services will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but LA Equipment Services will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between LA Equipment Services and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. LA Equipment Services and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Idaho, Bonneville County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against LA Equipment Services that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

    If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Idaho law.

    The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

    Entire Agreement
    These terms and conditions, together with LA Equipment Services's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between LA Equipment Services and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between LA Equipment Services and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
